Fundraising Event- TREEWALK
Make your next fundraising event memorable and successful.
Imagine your supporters attending a new exciting event, a walk through of a sensory stimulating indoor maze of curtains, color, and sound. All of these pathways on the walk brings them to brilliantly lighted, head tilting views of tall paintings of trees.
As they complete their walk, they enter a space where a band is playing and they can mingle socially, enjoy refreshments, and bid on donated prints of these incredible paintings. All funds from sales go to your organization.
Select a venue site of your choice and we’ll adapt the layout of the treeewalk.
The treewalk ean be set up on one side or the back of your venue. It can even be split up into two shorter walks to either side of a center area. On thing to consider in your planning is the allowance of extra time to set up the treewalk before the event and take it down afterwards. Allow an extra day or two before and after the event.
Consider the examples below:
Long/narrow space with gathering space in rear.
Wide space, central gathering area.
Venue layout
The TreeWalk is best enjoyed in a tall, open event center, spacious gallery or restored warehouse. Since the paintings are 8 foot tall and need lighting from above, try to select a site with a minimum of 11-12 foot ceilings.
You can add your own customized banners announcing your fundraising event.
This image presents an example of a set-up space which can serve as an entrance to the TreeWalk pathway at your event. You can have a sign in table, refreshments, name cards, etc. and attendees can move through the treewalk at their own pace.
